Day One
The group convenes at Serenbe, the eco-community inspired by Ray Anderson about 30 minutes from the Atlanta airport.
On the first afternoon, the group will know each other and begin work on applying key lessons on vision, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement to their own companies.
The group will enjoy a private dinner followed by a screening of the film, Beyond Zero.
Day Two
The group travels an hour south to La Grange for a meeting with Interface leaders and a tour of several of the Interface factories nearby so they can see and feel some of the ground-breaking innovations that the Interface sustainability journey has created.
The group then travels back to Serenbe to enjoy the scenic surroundings and some downtime among the trees. Â

Day 3
Work continues on the key lessons around vision, stakeholder engagement or performance measurement as Stakeholder Business co-founder, and Beyond Zero writer and director, Nathan Havey will conduct a day-long workshop entitled "Solving the Impossible" where you will learn how to bring the essential lessons from Beyond Zero and Interface into your organization.
In the final morning, attention turns to actionable next steps as participants think through the most important actions they will now need to take to accelerate their vision, stakeholder engagement or performance measurement.
Day 4
Breakfast and retreat reflections and then off to the airport!
